Enjoying my new favorite cocktail - Peach Collins. It is from Sunset Magazine and is a play on the Tom Collins except they use muddled peaches and peach-flavored vodka. We didn't have peach vodka and used mandarin flavored vodka instead. Check out the recipe here. It is delicious!
