Cafe du Monde Beignets

For those of you who have visited New Orleans recently (Mom 2.0 Summit) or in the past and have a serious craving for Cafe Du Monde's famous beignets, the mix is available at Cost Plus for $3.99. They usually carry it at Dean and Deluca too but I am pretty sure that they are more expensive. My Mom has been making them for us since we were little and they are just as delicious!

    these look wonderful. My grocery store carries them and I've always wondered about them...will have to give them a try!
