Have you tried Evolution Fresh juice? Last week I was invited to the press launch party for Evolution Fresh in San Francisco. This is the third retail location for Evolution Fresh and I'm hoping there will be many more to follow. Evolution Fresh uses cold pressure technology to ensure that the vitamin and nutrients are not stripped out when they bottle their juices. Their retail locations offer seasonal super-premium juices along with healthy and delicious food options (two things I like to see together).
Jimmy Rosenberg was there to tell us about Evolution's history and their store concept. While Jimmy talked, we were given samples of their delicious juices, smoothies (Smooth Carrot = yummy) and tasty breakfast and lunch/dinner options. The Southwest Scramble (eggs, quinoa, black beans, feta, baby spinach) and the Kevin's Quinoa (Kale, Butternut Squash, black beans, tomatoes, feta and mixed seeds) were two of my favorite food choices.
If you have a chance to swing by their Fillmore location, I highly recommend it as a healthy and clean breakfast or lunch alternative.
